RONRON GAMES provides Flow Connect Puzzle, a mobile puzzle game. This policy explains information handled by the game, advertising providers, and our support team.

Game progress on your device

Levels, stars, virtual coins, hints, daily rewards, and settings are saved locally on your device. The game does not require an account and does not include cloud saves, chat, or a public player profile. We do not operate a server that receives your puzzle progress. Use Settings → Reset Progress to erase the game's local progress. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data, subject to your device's storage and backup behavior.

Advertising

The Android version integrates Google AdMob. It may show banner ads in menus, interstitial ads between completed levels, and optional rewarded ads. Development and test builds use Google's demo ad units. Ad availability depends on connectivity and provider availability.

Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, interactions with ads, and diagnostic or performance information. This information is used to provide advertising, measure performance, and detect fraud. Collection and processing depend on the SDK, device settings, region, and choices available to you. Your choices

Where required, the game requests advertising consent using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Ad Privacy. You can also manage advertising identifiers and related permissions through Android settings. Declining optional rewarded ads does not prevent normal puzzle play. The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location access.

Support messages

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and resolve issues. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. You can ask us to delete support correspondence, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

Children

We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request deletion. Advertising and consent behavior also depend on Google's policies and the app's store audience configuration.

Retention, security, and transfers

Local progress remains on your device until reset or removed. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Advertising providers apply their own retention and security practices and may process information in countries other than yours. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
